We honestly portrayed why groups really haze with the mission to persuade students to re-think their methods. The final video is presented to all incoming students at an Ivy League university as part of their orientation.
The challenge
Student groups recognize hazing and privately admit that by definition some of them haze. That said, they don’t see it as a problem as there are other institutions who engage in far more dangerous hazing activities.
Creative
A video that uses seamless editing techniques to portray the universal “at least we are not doing that” mentality and show how every groups uses it to defend their hazing methods.
Seamlessly presenting the flawed argument students use to argue why hazing is ok.
